The patch looks good for openmp, only the usual failures:

...

For openacc, the regressions are gone. [ But I see new failures. I've
investigated the first failure, and it's due to a missing cuda.h, which seems
to have gone missing on my nvidia testing laptop. I'm currently reinstalling,
and will retest asap. ]
