Revision r257281 does not fix the ICE when using PARAMETER (pr78534):

f951: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault: 11

nor the ICE for the second test in comment 0:

internal compiler error: in gfc_conv_string_init, at fortran/trans-const.c:148

7.3.0 gives the error:

Error: Argument NCOPIES of REPEAT intrinsic is too large at (1)
