"target pdp11*-*-*" is the _comment_ argument to dg-error here as written;
that's why it is displayed in the summary like that, too.  I don't see why
it doesn't fail on most systems though, hrm.

FWIW, I'll update gcc110 to centos 7.6 some time soon (from 7.4).
