Confirmed. I have an incomplete implementation already.

N.B. Bugzilla's "Alias" field gives a human-readable name to this bug, so I
don't think "c++20" is appropriate for just one feature. To track missing C++20
features you could either add a personal tag "c++20" (which is only visible to
you) or create a meta-bug called "c++20" and make it depend on this one.
