The following command use to only execute the testsuite for
files that matched pr88269.f90.

% gmake check-fortran RUNTESTFLAGS="dg.exp=pr88269.f90"

Unfortunately, libgomp seems to ingore RUNTESTFLAGS, which for
the above should run exactly 2 tests instead I get

                === libgomp Summary ===

# of expected passes            4081
# of unsupported tests          158

which significantly increases development time of slow
hardware.
