silvermont? *sigh* --with-arch/cpu makes it really hard to invent testcase
guards. pentium4, nocona, atom, slm, intel (but not core!) cost tables
are affected by maintaining higher unaligned load/store cost than aligned ones.
The x86 backend having so many tunings and different cost metrics don't make
it easy to fix the testcase. Well, we can just remove that dump-scanning
altogether.
