I suspect that

       .cfi_startproc
        .cfi_personality 0x9b,___gnat_personality_v0
        .cfi_lsda 0x10,LLSDAC5
___cold_sect_of__p__raise_it.4258.constprop.0:
_p__raise_it.4258.constprop.0.cold.1:

is associating the startproc with the previous symbol and not the one for the
cold section... this seems reminiscent of the kind of issue I had with
partitioning.
