Potential patch to the test

FAIL: gfortran.dg/bind_c_array_params_2.f90   -O   scan-assembler-times [
\t][$,_0-9]*myBindC 1

Running that test fails on cygwin.  I don't exactly know why, as the call it is
looking for is in the assembler.  Modifying the test as in the attachment makes
it work, but someone smarter than me could probably make the default regex
account for cygwin better.  I'll also attach the assembler output in a followup
post, since I cannot make two attachments in my initial problem report.
