Yes it is, sorry. Diff good bad is:

-       add     r5, sp, #16
+       add     r0, sp, #24
        str     r1, [lr, #4]    @ unaligned
        str     r2, [lr, #8]    @ unaligned
+       mov     r5, r0
+       str     r0, [sp, #4]
