When I try to compile it with trunk, it gives a sane error message:

$ /usr/local/bin/g++ -c 47261.mm
47261.mm:6:2: error: expected unqualified-id before ‘property’
  @property int x;
  ^
47261.mm:6:2: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘property’

Assuming this was fixed at some point.
