For the record: ever since the OpenMP nvptx offloading patches got committed
(specifically, probably after "OpenMP loop cloning for SIMT execution"), I had
seen for -m32 multilib testing of a x86_64-linux-gnu configuration the same set
of FAILs described in comment0.  Confirming that this is now also resolved in
r244924, thanks.
