Unable to create an account at gcc/bugzilla

Hi,

I would like to report a bug in GCC. However, can't create a user in
the bug report system.
Any suggestions?

Here are some more details:

i can't create a new account here:
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/createaccount.cgi

It say something like :
"User account creation filtered due to spam."

And when I enter my email and send, it say:

User account creation has been restricted.
