This seems like a good solution but the build can't find fpu-generic.h

In file included from ../../../../gcc/libgfortran/runtime/fpu.c:29:0:
./fpu-target.h:27:25: fatal error: fpu-generic.h: No such file or directory
 #include "fpu-generic.h"

I changed that line to 

#ifdef _SOFT_FLOAT
#include "config/fpu-generic.h"

and it built. Is that OK?
