rtl dump 256r.ed_dce and 257r.combine

Here are four dumps, I hope this is what you are asking for:

latest gcc (trunk@243588) building the minimized test case
minimized.c.256r.ud_dce
minimized.c.257r.combine

same test after reverting trunk@243578, which fixes the problem for me:
minimized.c.256r.ud_dce-revert
minimized.c.257r.combine-revert
