Hmmm, I see the changes in gcc/dbxout.h may override the DBX_* changes I made
to config/rs6000/rs6000.h.  I'll attempt to patch gcc/dbxout.h instead.  I will
report back.

BTW David, if there's a point in the GCC history with stabs continuation
support you suggest I start my bisection, let me know.  Hopefully that will
also exhibit a bootstrap failure with the RTL patch in this PR.
