libstdc++/ChangeLog:

        PR c/81854
        * src/c++98/compatibility.cc (_GLIBCXX_3_4_SYMVER): Declare alias
        target as a C++ function with no prototype.
        (_GLIBCXX_3_4_5_SYMVER): Ditto.
