Between 20161007 and 20161014, many libstdc++ tests started FAILing on (at
least
Mac OS X 10.7 and macOS 10.12.1, x86_64-apple-darwin11.4.2 and
x86_64-apple-darwin16.1.0):

but I haven't started reghunting yet.
I meant to attach the assembler output (with -dA -fverbose-asm), but the
machine
where I ran the bootstrap is down currently.
