Test case: input19e.ii, compile with -fcompare-debug -flto
-fno-use-linker-plugin -O3

Using
   g++ -S -fcompare-debug -flto -fno-use-linker-plugin -O3 input19e.ii
gives
   g++: error: input19e.ii: -fcompare-debug failure
