I see the r231167 trunk commit has not added this, while r232001 backport has
added it.  Kirill, can you please have a look?
But, avx-vextractf128-256-5.c has:
dg-require-effective-target avx512f, so wonder what is the problem.
Does the order of dg-do vs. dg-require-effective-target matter?
