Built GCC6 SVN 234355 with patch for PR C++/70273

Test suite executed as expected with no unexpected failures in gcc or g++ and
only the two experimental failures in libstdc++.

Rebuilt GCC6 adding the --enable-vtable-verify. New test suite failure for
libstdc++:
