            Bug ID: 71497
           Summary: Warning text for -Wmisleading-indentation
           Product: gcc
           Version: 6.1.0
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: trivial
          Priority: P3
         Component: c++
          Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org
          Reporter: terra at gnome dot org
  Target Milestone: ---

"...this statement, but the latter is misleadingly indented as if it is guarded
by the 'if'"

--> "[...] as if it were [...]"

The guarding is hypothetical, so the final "is" should be "were".

(Does one get banned for filing grammar bugs against gcc? :-)
