I have committed the bugfix part of the patch [1] to mainline SVN, and will
backport it to other release branches.

The addition of new VIA CPUs is not a regression fix, so the patch will be
applied to mainline only. Please post the patch to the gcc-patches@ mailing
list, following the usual contribution rules [2].
