An outer statement block with an incomplete embedded statement block
is sometimes not handled properly, like the following :


$ cat z1.f90
program p
   block
   do
   end block
end


$ gfortran-6 z1.f90
f951: internal compiler error: in gfc_free_namespace, at fortran/symbol.c:3701


$ gfortran-5.3.1 z1.f90
(null):0: confused by earlier errors, bailing out


$ gfortran-4.9.0 z1.f90
f951: internal compiler error: in gfc_free_namespace, at fortran/symbol.c:3461
