Thanks. I haven't given it much attention yet. I diverted into recursive
allocatable derived type components because the patch is already suffering from
bit-rot. In preparing it for submission, I uncovered one of the weirdest bugs I
have yet encountered - I might have to appeal to the list for help on it :-(
