Also the dump for comment 1 looks ok on trunk, showing the correct
initialization for the c_ptr variable:

        {
          void * c_ptr.1;

          c_ptr.1 = 0B;
          dsfmt_t.0.dsfmt_state = c_ptr.1;
        }

If one can identify the commit that fixed it on trunk, it could be backported
to the release branches.
