This bug is no longer reproducible on mainline, with the above options, after
this patch:

        * tree-if-conv.c (tree_if_conversion): Always version loops unless
        the user specified -ftree-loop-if-convert.

In order to continue reproducing you must now use:

-O3 -ftree-loop-if-convert
