The new test gcc.dg/pr69047.c fails on big-endian aarch64 (aarch64_be-none-elf)
because the expected output isn't generated.

For big-endian aarch64, the expression in the cddce1 file is
----
  _2 = BIT_FIELD_REF <b_6(D), 8, 0>;
----

For little-endian aarch64, the expression is as expected:
----
  _2 = (unsigned char) b_6(D);
----
