The r235511 changes for PR70760 exposed a problem in
gcc/config/nvptx/nvptx.c:nvptx_libcall_value, and Richard generally found that
one "fishy", and "suggest[ed] to remove cfun->machine->doing_call and revisit
the reason why it was added for PTX", see
