Note that the failures

FAIL: gfortran.dg/graphite/block-1.f90   -O  (internal compiler error)
FAIL: gfortran.dg/graphite/block-1.f90   -O  (test for excess errors)

with -m32 are still there with isl-0.15 and r228270:
