    Remove interrupt_return

    We must pass UNSPEC_INTERRUPT_RETURN parallel pattern directly to
    emit_jump_insn to emit IRET instruction.  We don't need to mark
    BP and SP registers used by interrupt return since it is emitted
    via emit_jump_insn now.
