 % ../gcc/configure --disable-libstdcxx-pch --disable-libvtv --disable-libitm
--disable-libcilkrts --disable-libssp --disable-libgomp --disable-werror
--disable-multilib --enable-languages=c,c++ --with-build-config="bootstrap-lto"
 % make -j80 profiledbootstrap

should be enough.
