With duplicate entry declarations in scope :

$ cat z1.f90
module m
   implicit none
contains
   subroutine s1
   entry e
   end
   subroutine s2
   entry e
   end
end module


$ gfortran -g -O0 -Wall -fcheck=all -c z1.f90
z1.f90:8.10:

   entry e
          1
z1.f90:5.10:

   entry e
          2
