slp1 log, big-endian

The vect/bb-slp-38.c test recently introduced fails on armeb and passes on arm.

GCC configured as:
--target=armeb-none-linux-gnueabihf --with-float=hard --with-mode=arm
--with-cpu=cortex-a9 --with-fpu=neon

I attach the vectorizer logs in LE and BE modes.
