GCC bootstrap now uses slim LTO object files.
LTO bootstrap with slim LTO never worked with ar that doesn't support
liblto_plugin.
Update your binutils?
Or maybe the minimal binutils version for LTO bootstrap should be mentioned
on changes.html?
