Forgot this is on x86_64. Also tested with Clang 3.5, which worked fine.

It seems to that it's also ICE'ing on AArch64, but in expr.c if a single long
double is in a vector. I will file another bug report, once tested with GCC 5.
Currently used 4.9.2 on AArch64.

Agreed, but I found it being used in some cases.
