Internal compiler error driver for fold_convert_loc at fold-const.c:2353

The following yields an internal compiler error.  Driver attached with complete
information.

type(Test) :: aTest
type(TestReference), allocatable :: testList(:)

testList = [TestReference(aTest)]

The error:
