Provide weak version of __fread_chk

It seems to me that we could solve this problem by providing our own definition
of __fread_chk.  It does not have to work, since this is a link test, and the
real purpose of the test is to check that __fread_chk_warn is not referenced at
link time.

So I plan on submitting the uploaded patch after a few more local checks.
