Log:
        PR 68115/libfortran
        * configure.ac: Set libbacktrace_cv_sys_sync to no on hppa*-*-hpux*.
        * configure: Regenerate.
        * elf.c (backtrace_initialize): Cast __sync_bool_compare_and_swap call
        to void.
