Fails also on any ARM M-profile arch/cpu combination I've tried (all with
-mthumb):
-march={armv6-m,armv7-m}
or -mcpu=cortex-m{0,0plus,3,4,7}

It does pass for armv7-r and cortex-r4 with and without -mthumb.

This all with target 'arm-none-eabi'.
