Hi,

The patch fixing this PR65837 added a new test in
gcc.target/arm/lto/pr65837_0.c. This test adds -mfpu=neon option but doesn't
require an arm_neon_ok effective target which makes the test fail on ARMv7-M
arm-none-eabi targets.
