Hi,

When cross-compiling forarm-none-eabi targets with current trunk, attr-simd-3.c
fails with:

xgcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-pthread'

The test would not have been run if it was with the other cilk-plus tests in
c-c++-common/cilk-plus where it would be controlled by cilk-plus.exp instead of
dg.exp.
