And given PR67098 - Documentation --with-stage1-ldflags does not mention
default -static-libstdc++ -static-libgcc, even better is:
...
--with-host-libstdcxx=linker-args
Sets default value for --with-stage1-libs and --with-boot-libs. Sets default
value for --with-stage1-ldflags and --with-boot-ldflags to empty.
