Configuring with --with-build-config=bootstrap-lto and building with "make
profiledbootstrap" results in:

configure: error: Link tests are not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES.

during STAGEprofile phase. 

>From config/bootstrap-lto.mk:

 7 STAGEprofile_CFLAGS += -fno-lto

This is caused by r216566.
