Bootstrap completed with the patch in comment 33 applied on top of r216304 and
configured with: 

../p_work/configure --prefix=/opt/gcc/gcc4.10p-216304p1
--enable-languages=c,c++,lto,fortran,ada,objc,obj-c++ --with-gmp=/opt/mp
--with-system-zlib --enable-checking=release --with-isl=/opt/mp --enable-lto
--enable-plugin --with-arch=core2 --with-cpu=core2
