Testcase with preprocessed source and Makefiles

Here you go.

I've included two sets of preprocessed sources, as the libstdc++ headers are
different in each GCC version.

However, the error happens with GCC 5 on both sets of preprocessed sources. The
GCC 5 preprocessed output is for reference only.
