Confirmed at r210330 (4.10.0). If I use src.f90 instead of src.F90, the ICE
occurs only with the -cpp option. I don't get any ICE with 4.4.7 or before, but
with all the versions from 4.5.0 r157958 up to trunk (4.10.0 r210336).
