The compiler has been configured with:
--with-pkgversion=unknown --disable-shared --disable-nls --disable-threads
--disable-tls --enable-checking=yes --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran
--with-newlib --with-cpu=cortex-a53 --with-arch=armv8-a
