ref_vld1.c testcase

When invoking the attached test through gcc-dg-runtest, execution fails for
target aarch64_be (using the Foundation Model), and works OK for these other
targets:
    aarch64-none-linux-gnu \
    aarch64-none-elf \
    arm-none-linux-gnueabihf \
    armeb-none-linux-gnueabihf \
    arm-none-linux-gnueabi \
    armeb-none-linux-gnueabi \
    arm-none-eabi
