As already reported in PR fortran/60128, the new gfortran.dg/fmt_en.f90

FAILs on Solaris 9/x86:

FAIL: gfortran.dg/fmt_en.f90  -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-all-loops
-finline-functions  execution test

Some analysis has already been done in that PR; I won't repeat it here.

One additional data point: unlike Solaris 10+, Solaris 9 lacks <fenv.h>.
