Patch for download_prerequisites

The wget calls in /contrib/download_prerequisites downloads
files into directories such as gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure
but tries to extract them as files in the current directory.

The --nd or --no-directories option should be given on the calls to wget.
